Broccoli Stuffed Paratha

In a bowl take wheat flour, oil,carom seeds, salt and make a dough. Give 10 mins rest.

Grate broccoli, heat kadai add oil add chopped onion saute for seconds, add ginger garlic chilli paste, then add grated broccoli, stir for 1-2 mins. Add turmeric, coriander powder, chat masala mix and switch off the gas.Let it cool completely. Then add salt.

Take one ball from the dough roll little bit. Fill the broccoli mixture and cover nicely.

Apply little dry flour and roll.

Transfer on heated tawa, apply ghee and roast from both sides.
