Wash and cut capsicum into florets. Dry roast peanuts and sesame and grind it to a fine paste with help of water.

Take oil in a kadhai add jeera, Rae and whole red chilli. Gradually add florets of Capsicum. Then add haldi, red chilli powder and salt fry for 10 minutes. Afterward, add groundnuts paste along with some water and tamarind pulp cook for another 10 minutes by covering the lid.
