Ingredients

10 servings
  1. 300 gmBeef Boneless 50 gm Gram Pulse 50 gm Mash Pulse
  2. 50 gmMoong Pulse 50 gm Red Lentil Pulse 50 gm Rice
  3. 50 gmWheat Grain 1 tbsp Turmeric
  4. Salt (As needed) 1 tbsp Red Chilli Crushed 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powde
  5. 1 tbspCumin Powder 1 Green Chilli
  6. 6 tbspCooking oil Water (As needed)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pot, add, gram pulse, mash pulse, Moong pulse, red lentil pulse, rice, wheat grain.

  2. 2

    Now keep in water for an hour.
    In a cooking pan, add cooking oil 3tbsp, beef, and cook it for 4-5 minutes then add salt.

  3. 3

    In another cooking pot, add water, soaked pulse, fried beef, salt, turmeric, red chilli crushed, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, green chilli and steam it for 3-4 hours on a low flame.
    After well cook, mash it.

  4. 4

    For Seasoning: in a pan, add cooking oil, onion, cumin, red chilli powder, ginger & garlic paste and fry it.

  5. 5

    Your tasty Haleem is ready to serve.
