Fry nuts in ghee crushed them keep aside

In the same ghee fry gond and crush it immediately

Again using the same ghee fry wheat flour until it's turn out golden brown and fragment add semolina and Poppy seeds. Mix them well and fry at least for 10 to 15 minutes

Turn off the stove and add gond nuts. Mix well and add sugur to it. Mix well again

Gond pak is ready. Store it in a air tight jar and enjoy with warm milk, tea or coffee.
