To make the flour first, mix flour, semolina salt, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and yogurt and ghee in a pot. Then mix the flour using water as needed. Or keep your hands warm and cover for 3 to 4 hours.

Now heat ghee in another pot then add cumin seeds to it and then add ginger chilli paste and garlic onion to it and then roast it slowly.

Now when the onion is dry, add salt, chilli, turmeric, garam masala, coriander and lemon, sugar and coriander to the spices and fry till the oil is tender. Bake for 5 minutes

Now take the flour, which I put in a few flours and mix it very well and divide it into equal parts and prepare lua.

Now take a lua and mix it with bread and put the filling in between. Then make it Luo again

Then reheat it and do not wrap it too thin. Now place the iron to warm and after it is heated, put the paratha on it for roasting and bake the pink. If one side is dry, turn it and bake the pink from the other side.

Now when both sides are baked, make a side ghee and bake it again slowly so that the flowers are ready to go.

It can be served with butter or cheese and ketchup or with yogurt served with butter and cheese and ketchup.
