  • piyaz (onion) 1 medium chopeed
  • 1egg
  • 2 tbsaata (wheat flour)
  • hara dhaniya 1/2 ghaati chooped
  • 2-3hari mirchy
  • 1 tbsadrak lahsan paste
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsdhaniya (bhoona aur kuta hua)
  • 1 tspzeera powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1/2 tspkuti hui laal mirch
  • oil for frying
  • laal mirch powder 1&1/2 tsp

    Qeemy ko achi trha machine s bareek pees ljye. phir upar di gai tamam ingridents achi trha mila ke ak bar chooper m chala ljye

    Phir hath m oil lagake kabab ke shape dai dejye. normal oil m fry krna hy deep fry nahi krna

    (best result ke lie qeemy ko kabab ke shape deny s phly kuch deer freze m zaroor rakhy aur phir nikal ke kabab banaye)

    Aur frezer s nikal ke soft ns kjye furan hi oil m fry kejiye,oil normal garam huna chaye

  4. 4

    Cover kar ke fry krna best rhta hy aur sath hu ulaat palat karty jaye)
