Steps

Add cooking oil in a pan
Then add ginger garlic paste, fry it lightly - 2
Add minced beef, tomatoes, fried onions, salt, red chilli powder, cumin, turmeric powder, Garam Masala, coriander powder, water & cook for 20-25 minutes on medium flame

Then add chanadaal (Boiled), Garam Masala, & cook for some seconds
Complete Garnishing with coriander leaves & green chilies
Serve with Chapati & Raita
