Ingredients

  • 1 kgQeema
  • Chanadaal 2cup. (Boiled)
  • 1/2 CupOil
  • 1 TbspGinger Garlic Paste
  • 2Tomatoes (Medium sized & chopped)
  • 1 cupFried Onions
  • Salt (As needed)
  • 2 tbspRed Chilli Powder
  • 1 TspCumin
  • 1/2 TspTurmeric powder
  • 1 TbspGaram Masala
  • 1 Tspcoriander Powder
  • 1 Cupwater
  • 1 Cupyogurt
  • 1 TbspGaram Masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Add cooking oil in a pan
    Then add ginger garlic paste, fry it lightly

  2. 2

    Add minced beef, tomatoes, fried onions, salt, red chilli powder, cumin, turmeric powder, Garam Masala, coriander powder, water & cook for 20-25 minutes on medium flame

  3. 3

    Then add chanadaal (Boiled), Garam Masala, & cook for some seconds
    Complete Garnishing with coriander leaves & green chilies
    Serve with Chapati & Raita
