Potatoes slices (as required)
Gramflour 1 cup
1 tspSalt
1 tspChilli powder
1/2 tspMeetha soda
1 tspZeera
Oil for fry
Water as required

Steps

Mix salt, chilli powder, zeera, meetha soda in gram flour. Mix it with water as required to make thin paste.

Fry all potatoes slices coverd with gram flour coating.

When it's becomes golden brown, it's ready. Serve it with any dip.
