1 cupgram flour
1big onion finely sliced
1potato finely sliced
1 tbspgreen coriander chopped
1 tbspmint leaves chopped
1 tsproasted crushed cumin
1 tspcrushed coriander seeds
1 tbspred chilli flakes
1 tspgreen chillies chopped
1 tbspsalt
Oil for frying
Water for mixing paste

Take a bowl add gram flour in it

Than add all herbs and veggies in it
3

Than add all spices in it mix a batter with water not to thick not too runny
4

Than take a wok add oil in it and fry put pakora batter in it and fry it
