Ingredients

  • 1 kgmilk
  • 250 gmseweyian
  • 250 gmsugar
  • 1/4 tspElaichi(cardamom) powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan and boil milk in this for 20 min

  2. 2

    After 20min add seweyian in this.

  3. 3

    After mixing seweyian in milk in 20 min add sugar in it.

  4. 4

    Now add elaichi powder.

  5. 5

    Now sweet seweyian is ready to serve.
