Steps

Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl & mix well.

Divide the mixture into seven equal portions to form round kebabs.

Put a cheese cube in each round mixture & cover it with the kebab mixture.

Roll each kebab in breadcrumbs so that the kebabs are equally coated from both the sides.

Heat oil in a nonstick frying pan & shallow fry the kebabs till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides.

Drain on an absorbent paper.Serve it hot as an appetizer with green chutney or mint kebab chutney.
