Ingredients

  1. 1 cuphung curd
  2. 1/4 cupcottage cheese
  3. 1/2 cupfried onions/ beresta
  4. 2 tbspchopped almonds
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  7. 1 tspfinely chopped green chilli
  8. 1 tbsproasted Chana dal powder
  9. 2 tbspfinely chopped coriander leaves
  10. as neededCheese cubes cuts into small cubes for filling
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 1 pinchsugar
  13. as neededBread crumbs for rolling
  14. 1 tbspoil for shallow frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl & mix well.

    Divide the mixture into seven equal portions to form round kebabs.

    Put a cheese cube in each round mixture & cover it with the kebab mixture.

  4. 4

    Roll each kebab in breadcrumbs so that the kebabs are equally coated from both the sides.

    Heat oil in a nonstick frying pan & shallow fry the kebabs till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides.

    Drain on an absorbent paper.Serve it hot as an appetizer with green chutney or mint kebab chutney.
