Ingredients

  • 1 cupbasan
  • 1 cupboiled noodle
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspchilli flakes
  • Salt as your taste
  • 1 tspzeera
  • 1/2 tspcrash whole coriander seeds
  • 1/4 tspajwain
  • Water for making better
  • 1Onion slice cutting
  • 3green chilli. Chopped
  • 4 tbspcoriander leaves chop

Steps

  1. 1

    Basan me salt, chilli powder,chilli flask,zeera,coriander,ajwain aur pani dal kar achi trah mix kar ke better bana lein

    Aur phir onion,green chilli, noodle batter me dal kar mix karein aur garam oil me fry kar lein light brown hojay to nikal lein.

    Now crispy noodle pakora ready hai.
