Make the douugh:
Sieve the flour.Mix the 1/2 cup ghee with the maida.using fingers,mix well so that the mixture takes the form of bread crumbs and binds to certain extent.

Now add some water and knead lightly.keep adding water as required and knead. In to a soft but tight dough.set aside and cover with a samp cloth for 20 mint.

✔Final preparation of gujiya!
Divided the douugh into small balls and roll each ball into a round of 4 inches diameter

Fill half the round with the GAJAR HALWA, fold it and seal the round, twisting the edges inwards

Take care that the filling does not ooze out.
Prepare all that the gujiya and spread on a cloth.
Heat ghee in a karhai and deep fry the gujiyas in batches on a medium flame... - 6
When golden brown in colour, drain and remove.now GAJAR ke HALWAy ki GUJIYA ready.
