Steps

Break eggs. Slice in the tomato, half onion, spices & seasoning.

Whisk well to make sure everything is evenly distributed.

Place a pan on the fire, add in palm oil. Slice in remaining half of the onion and saute.
- 4
Pour in the egg mixture and stir continuously to break up the eggs until no more liquid is left.
- 5
Turn off the heat and serve hot
