Getting more out of the veggies as it's in season now. Don't wanna miss out on the nutritional values of it.

Wash all ingredients needed to be washed

Blend peppers, onions and tomatoes roughly

Cut garden eggs to smaller pieces and blend or pound

Heat up oil, add some sliced onions, saute and add ginger and garlic paste. Pour in the blended peppers. Stir and allow to fry for some time. Pour in the blended garden egg, add salt and spices +dried herbs(rosemary, oregano, thyme, curry, mixed spices)

I used already fried cat fish, debone, and pieces into medium chunks. Continue stirring to avoid burning. Add the fish, basil, grinded crayfish and some sliced onions, scallions. Simmer for 2 minutes and it's ready.

Serve with yam, plantain, rice and enjoy
