Add sugar and yeast with little hot water and wait for 5 minutes.Add this mixture with the flour,curd,oil,salt and make it as a soft dough using water. Apply little oil on the dough.Allow it to rest for 3 hours.

Take a small ball of dough and spread it in oval shape.Put some garlic and coriander on it and press gently.Turn it over and apply water on the spread dough.

Heat a tawa and put the spread that the water applied side is in the bottom.After it starts bubbling turn the tawa upside down on the gas flame. After it gets brown spots remove it from the tawa and apply butter.
