Here comes part two but this time, I addes some veggies to make it less sinfull, lol. Hope you like it!
Steps

Make the chilli paste by using a blender or traditional mortar and pestle. Set aside.

Heat the oil in a pan. Then add the paste. Stir until fragrant.

Then add the bay leaves and lemongrass. Stir until fragrant.

Then add the beef. Stir until they are cooked.

Then add the coconut milk. Let it simmer.

Add the seasonings. Stir and taste test.

Then add the cattle skin, tofu and veggies.

Cook until the veggies are no longer raw.

Turn off the heat and serve.
