Ingredients

  • Sliceyour favourite bread 1 slice per person
  • Smoked swordfish 1 slice per person
  • Buffalo mozzarella
  • Olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Drizzle bread with a little olive oil. Toast under grill until lightly brown on both sides. Add slice of swordfish on top
