  • as neededWarm water for dough
  • For Dal:
  • 1 cupMix dal (moong dal, Masoor dal, Tuar dal, Chana, Urad)
  • For tadaka :
  • as neededLong cinnamon tejpatta chakrafull jeera red dry mirchi)
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspAdark lahsun mirchi paste
  • 1Pyaz / onion
  • 1tomato
  • 1 tspMirchi powder
  • pinchHaldi
  • For churma:-
  • 1 cupBaati ka chura
  • to tasteGud or sugar
  • 1/2 cupGhee

Steps

    Take bowl add atta salt oil ajwain and make daugh tight and make equall portions of daugh and make balls transfer to oven or Tandoor for back for 5 mini turn it anthor side now check out and transfer to plate and deep into ghee for sometime it will smooth and soft

    For dal:-cook all mix dal in pressure cooker and add salt haldi lal mirchpowder adarak and again boil for masala mix now for tadka in a pan add oil heat on the gas add oil and long cinemonstik dry michi tejpatta kadhi patta jeera crackle them add chopped onion stir it it's turn pink add tomato pees and agin stir it add boil dal cook for 5 mini transfer to bowl garnish with fresh Coriander serve with bati and lahsuni red chatny and pyaz with churma
