For dal:-cook all mix dal in pressure cooker and add salt haldi lal mirchpowder adarak and again boil for masala mix now for tadka in a pan add oil heat on the gas add oil and long cinemonstik dry michi tejpatta kadhi patta jeera crackle them add chopped onion stir it it's turn pink add tomato pees and agin stir it add boil dal cook for 5 mini transfer to bowl garnish with fresh Coriander serve with bati and lahsuni red chatny and pyaz with churma
