Directions:
1.take a bowl add chicken pieces and mix well to turmeric and salt
2.take a kadai & heat it. add butter 1 tablespoon and refine oil 1/2 tablespoon and to chicken pieces on fry
3. On the beat of the same kadai add 1 pinch sugar, cinnamon stick, cardamom,clove,bay leaf, mace fry - 2
4.add 2 medium size chopped onion cooked till golden brown
5.add 1 tablespoon ginger, garlic,green chilli, cumin seeds paste eachand almonds paste add some water & cook
6.add 1/2 kg fry chicken pieces & cover & cook till properly cooked serve
