Medium flame on kar kay pan ma oil daal kar payaz light pink kar lay.

Light pink onion ma adrak or lahsan ka paste dal kar bhon lay.

Phir us ma chicken, haldi, pisi hui lal mirch, kuyti hui lal mirch or tomato daal kar achi tarah se bhon lay.

Ab bhonay huway masalay ma aloo or matar dal kar 5 min tak mazeed bhonay.

5 min kay baad bhonay huway masalay ma 1 glass pani daal kar pakanay kay liye rakh daay 10 min. (Low flame par)

10 minutes kay baad flame off kar daay chicken ka salan tayar hia.

Haray dahnia or adrak slices se garnish kar kay roti kay sath serve karay...
