Heat oil in a kadai and fry the baigan slices,then the aloo slices keep aside.

Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan fry the sliced onions till golden brown,add ginger garlic paste fry for a few mins,add haldi pd, coriander pd, jeera pd, garam masala pd and kitchen king masala stir fry if dry add little water and stir fry the masala for few mins add the chopped tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes are mashed and mixed well with the masala

Add the fried baigan, aloo and salt mix it well. Add the chopped coriander leaves. Cover and cook on medium flame for 10 to 15 mins.
