  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 3 tbspDesi ghee

    Wash and peel carrots and churn in a mixer

    In a wok add carrot and milk
    Simmer to medium flame to reduce
    Milk till half.

    Add sugar and cook till all milk absorb completely

    Cook till oil separates out
