First take whole wheat flour add 1 tsp oil salt as per taste.add water and make a soft like paratha or roti dough.remIng oil we can use for dough smoothing.

Take a kadai and put 2 tsp oil or butter.add finely chopped onion and saute till it turns pink add pinch of salt for fast cooking of onion.next add boil potato.crushed and boil peas and corn and mix well add all masala and saute till all mix together.than off the stove flame and add crumbled or shredded paneer and carrot and mix well and than cook 1 min for mix all together.our stuffing is ready

Than take one ball of dough and roll a big size roti and put stuffing middle of the roti and fold like a packet and make a square look like a bread.

Than heat the tava and roast this paratha both side till golden brown and crispy.our tasty and healthy paratha is ready to serve.

Eat with dahi, chutney,butter or aachar.thank you.
