Ingredients

3 persons
  • 1 bowlwheat floor
  • 1 cupcuted palak
  • 1 inchginger
  • 100 gmspaneer
  • 2 cubescheese
  • 2green chillies
  • 1/2 cupcoriander leaves
  • as per tasteSalt
  • as requiredChat masala, black pepper (optional)
  • 1 spoonoil and butter or ghee for roast paratha

Steps

  1. 1

    Crush palak and ginger and make puree.

  2. 2

    Add salt, little oil in flour, add palak puree and make soft dough.

    Grate paneer and cheese, cut chilli and coriander add salt as per taste, mix all well.

    Make 6 part of daugh as well the mixer, take 1 roll little stuff the mixer of paneer and roll paratha. Roast with some butter or oil. And serve with curd and butter.
