Steps

First, take the chicken keema wash it and marinate it with lemon juice, salt, black pepper powder, olive oil and keep it for 1 hour.

Now mince the chicken keema into a fine paste. And divided it into 2 portions. Take two bowls and put each portion. In one add all the Italian spices and in the other add the Indian spices.

Now take the half portion/one bowl. Then add finely chopped parsley or dried parsley, dried oregano, rosemary, thyme, red Chilli flakes and grated cheese. Mix them all.

In the next half/another bowl add the Indian spices. Jeera, dhaniya powder, chat masala, amchur powder, paprika powder and mix then well. You can also add coriander leaves if you wish

Now give shape to it with your hands

Now fold them in aluminum foil. Tie the end with thread.

Now take a pan add water in it. Add the sausage and let it cook for 20-25 mins. By covering it. Now switch off the gas and give 5 min standing time. Now take it out and put in ice-cold water for 5-10 mins
