Steps

Heat the oil in a pan,add the onion and garlic paste saute in medium flame for 2 minutes.

Add the capsicum and saute in medium flame for 2 minutes.

Add the tomatoes and mix well and cook again in medium flame 2 minutes.

Add the chilli powder, pav bhaji masala,boiled potato and cauliflower,salt and 1/2 cup water mix well and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes and mashing very well with a potato masher.

Slit the pav vertically heat on non stick pan and litter butter and slit open the pav and place on it.

Cook on a medium flame till they be crisp on both sides.

Place a pav on a plate and spread 2 tbsp prepared bhaji on lower surface of pav and add onion slice on bhaji and close the sandwich.

Serve the pav bhaji sandwich
