Steps

Knead the dough with little hot water and keep aside for 10 mins

Take a portion out of the dough and roll out with a rolling pin slowly or pat on flat surface till it flattens as roti

Then heat a tawa and put the bhakri on tawa and immediately apply water on top surface then after 2 mins flip the bhakri

Roast till water is completely gone and flip it once again but remove tawa and flip the first surface on burner same as fulka
- 5
The bhakri/bajra roti will become fluffy
- 6
Ready to serve with any gravy vegetable or any dal
