Rava idli no soda
Steps

Take a bowl add urad dal and methi and soak in water for 5-6 hours.

In another bowl, soak 2cup idli rawa with 4cup of water for 5-6 hours

Now grind the urad dal to a fine paste by adding little water.

Drain the water from idli rawa..

Add the ground urad dal to the soaked rawa and mix well.

Keep for fermentation around 6-8 hours or overnight.

Next morning add salt as per your taste and mix well.

Take idli mould, grease oil and pour the batter and cook in the steamer for 5 mins or until the toothpick check comes clean.

Serve hot with sambhar and coconut chutney
