Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlpalak leaves
  2. 5-6garlic cloves
  3. 2-3green chillies
  4. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  5. 1/4 tsp hing(asafoetida)
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 3 cupswheat flour
  8. 1 tbspseaseme seeds
  9. as neededOil/ ghee for roasting

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind palak leaves, garlic, chillies, cumin to smooth paste

  2. 2

    Take wheat flour add palak paste, salt,seaseme seeds and knead a soft dough

  3. 3

    Take out portion and roll out a roti and roast with oil/ghee on tawa

  4. 4

    Serve with chutney/ketchup
