200 gmssweet potato
100 gmsJaggery
50 gmssugar
2 tbspghee
1 tspcardamom powder

Steps

Wash, peel and cut sweet potato.

In a kadhai heat ghee and add sliced sweet potato. Cover it and cook for 5 minutes.

Add Jaggery and sugar. Cover and cod cook for few more minutes.
4

Add cardamon powder and switch off the flame. Serve hot.
