Methi paratha /flatbread
Easy to prepare , healthy paratha.
Steps

Take bowl /vessel, add fenugreek leaves, green chilli, fresh grated coconut, chopped onion, grated ginger, jeera seeds and salt and mix.

Add wheat flour and mix. Add little water and prepare chapati dough. Spread one spoon ghee and leave it 5 to 10 minutes.

Take small quantity, prepare chapati. Heat the tawa place chapati pour some ghee and cook both sides.

Serve with masala curd.
