Ham and Red Cabbage Salad Ham and Red Cabbage Salad
I recreated the salad that's sold at the deli counter in a certain department store food hall. I think that they use red onion rather than regular onions, and chicken rather than ham, but I adapted it to use ingredients that I can easily get at our neighborhood supermarket. If the salad is lacking in tartness, add a little lemon juice or vinegar. You can use any type of ham you like, but I recommend pastrami. Recipe by r2230 cookpad.japan
