When it syart to chane colour add ghee and bhinify it for 2 min

Thenn add sugar

After immediately add 2 cup water after adding sugar and then add food colour

When water dry

Bhonify it with spoon until halwa leave edges and if u want ti adf ghee more then u can ghee on this stage

Then bhinify it and then take it out in bowl
