First,roast brinjal on gas

Wash and clean it's roasted skin

Mash with hands

Cut onion

Ingredients,coriander leaves, onion, tomato

Sprinkle salt on onions and leave for half an hour

Now wash and squeeze excess of water

Add all ingredients in brinjal.coriander leaves, onion, tomato, salt and black pepper

Mix them

Now heat ghee in a pan on low flame

When it dissolved and warm pour it into salad bowl

Mix it little and it's done
