Take a pan add ghee heat it add urad dal, Bengal gram, mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, curry leaves, kaju, green chilli paste,hing, carrot fry it well add rava fry this also. After cooling down add curd with water and soak it half hour and add a little bit add curd to it mix it well.

Take a pressure cooker add water boil it well & take an idli plate apply oil for it and add idli batter to boil for 10 mins.
