Firstly in a large bowl take poha. Add 2 cup water. Soak it for 10- 15 minutes.now drain access water.keep it aside.

Then take a pan. Heat the pan. Add oil.when heat the oil then add garlic, Chilli. Saute for few seconds. Now add green pea.now add salt.cover it and cook it until peas softened.

Then add soaked poha.mix it well.now add sugar, garam masala. Again mix it. Then add ghee. Mix it. Cook it with lid for 2 minutes. Now ready to serve.
