In a large bowl combine whole wheat, cornmeal. Add salt, cumin, onion seeds, oil. Mix it well with help of hand.

Now add chopped veggies (onion, cabbage, capsicum). Again mix very well. Then add chopped chilli, coriander. Mix everything is well.

Now add water as required. Knead the dough. Make a soft Dough. Take a portion of the Dough. Now roll it with rolling pin. Then heat the pan.put the roti on pan.

Cook roti for 1 minutes.Flip other side. Apply few butter. Cook both side until they become light golden colour. Make all roti like this. Serve with saag, sauce or bhaji.
