Put flour in a dry bowl, add butter or margarine,rub in till well mixed, add sugar,salt,baking powder, most x by rubbing method, add nutmeg, continue process, when well mixed, hire a hole in the middle, add flavours and milk,add water gradually, knead till you have a smooth and sticky consistency,let it rise for 15mins,heat oil in a frying pan, put hands on flour, mould balls with both palms,stop in hot oil,stir frequently when it starts changing colour,remove from heat when golden brown, enjoy!
