Ingredients

  1. 500 grmchicken
  2. 2 tbsChilli powder
  3. 1 tbsDry oregano
  4. 1 tspcumin powder
  5. 1Onion (thinly sliced)
  6. 2 tbsTomato puree
  7. 1Yellow bell pepper (cut into cube)
  8. 1 tbsApple cider vinegar
  9. 1/2 cupCoconut milk
  10. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 4 tbsOlive oil
  13. Knobbutter
  14. 1 tspSugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash meat, add turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and marinate for 30 min

  2. 2

    In a deep pan pour 4tbs oil, add onion and fry until golden brown

  3. 3

    Now add chicken and cook in a medium flame for 15 min. Stir often. Add tomato puree, oregano, cumin powder, bell pepper and cook for 5 min,

    Add 1 cup of water, salt and cook in low flame until chicken become soft

  5. 5

    Now add coconut milk, and vinegar, and cook for 5 min, and remove the pan

  6. 6

    Add knob of butter and sugar and your chicken curry is ready to serve

How can this even be classed as a 'curry' when the core base of a curry has either ginger and garlic or a substitute of these with asafoetida? Pretty p
sad attempt to generate online traffic and nothing to do with authentic South Asian subcontintenral cuisine. Pathetic
