Ingredients

10 minutes
5-6 servings
  • 1 cupmakki aata(maze our)
  • 1/2 cupvery finely chopped methi leaves
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 pinchasafoetida
  • as neededMustard Oil for cooking paratha
  • as neededLukewarm water to knead dough

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients nicely and prepare dough (except oil).. Take a big ball size from dough flatten it cook it on tawa from both side by applying mustard oil.. makke ke paratha are ready to serve.. Enjoy it with ghee..
