Jub dal oil chor dy tb is mein 1 & 1/2 glass pani add kar dy or isko achi tarha boil hony dy.

Jub pani dal mein achi tarha dry ho jaye to dal bilkul dry ho jaye or oil b chor dy tb ap flame ko off kar dy.

Or garma garam fry moong dal hotal style ready to serve.
