Ingredients

  1. 3-4 TablespoonsOil
  2. 1 Tablespoonchopped Garlic
  3. 3-4 Tablespoonchopped Green Chillies
  4. 3-4Medium sized chopped Tomatoes
  5. 1 CupMoong Dal (Soaked for 2-3 hour)
  6. 1 TeaspoonTurmeric powder
  7. 1 TeaspoonRed chilli powder
  8. Salt as required
  9. 1& 1/2 Glass water

  1. 1

    Sub sy phly ak bartan mein oil daly sath mein chopped garlic b add kar dy.

  2. 2

    Or is ko oil mein halka sa saute kary.

  3. 3

    Jub garlic halka sa saute ho jaye tb is mein chopped green chillies add kar dy or mixed kary.

  4. 4

    Mixed karny ke baad is mein chopped tomatoes add kar dy or is mein haldi red chilli or namak shamil kar ke achi tarha fry kary.

  5. 5

    Jub tomatoes achi tarha fry ho jaye or gal b jaye halka halka oil chor dy tb is mein moong dal achi tarha doh kar add kar dy.

  6. 6

    Ab is dal ko achi tarha tomatoes ke sath bhon lay itna bhony ke ye oil chor dy.

  7. 7

    Jub dal oil chor dy tb is mein 1 & 1/2 glass pani add kar dy or isko achi tarha boil hony dy.

  8. 8

    Jub pani dal mein achi tarha dry ho jaye to dal bilkul dry ho jaye or oil b chor dy tb ap flame ko off kar dy.

  9. 9

    Or garma garam fry moong dal hotal style ready to serve.
