How to make Paneer Angara-
Take a pan on heat, add cumin seeds, onion and roast it. Cool it down. Then make a paste of it by adding a little water.
Meanwhile, make puree of tomato too after boiling it. - 2
Now take a pan on gas, add oil then add garlic ginger paste. Add onion mixture and saute it.
Add tomato puree in it. Cook it. Add salt, chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder. Mix well. - 3
Take paneer cubes. Add gram flour in a bowl, add chilli powder, garam masala in it. Add water and make a thick batter. Now dip paneer cubes in it and shallow fry it. Add paneer cubes into gravy mixture. Cook for a while. Garnish with little shredded butter, paneer, coriander leaves and serve with paratha or naan.
