Ingredients

  1. 200 gramsPaneer cubes
  2. 1 tablespoonoil
  3. 2Onion sliced
  4. 1 Tomato sliced
  5. 1 teaspoonPoppy Seeds
  6. 1/2 cupCoriander leaves
  7. 1 teaspoonchilli powder
  8. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoonkitchen king masala
  10. 1 Teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  11. 2 tablespoonsCream
  12. 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  13. as per tasteSalt
  14. 1/2 cup Gram Flour ( For marination)
  15. 2 teaspoonsOil to shallow fry
  16. 1/2 teaspoonchilli powder
  17. 1/2 teaspoongaram masala

Cooking Instructions

    How to make Paneer Angara-
    Take a pan on heat, add cumin seeds, onion and roast it. Cool it down. Then make a paste of it by adding a little water.
    Meanwhile, make puree of tomato too after boiling it.

    Now take a pan on gas, add oil then add garlic ginger paste. Add onion mixture and saute it.
    Add tomato puree in it. Cook it. Add salt, chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder. Mix well.

    Take paneer cubes. Add gram flour in a bowl, add chilli powder, garam masala in it. Add water and make a thick batter. Now dip paneer cubes in it and shallow fry it. Add paneer cubes into gravy mixture. Cook for a while. Garnish with little shredded butter, paneer, coriander leaves and serve with paratha or naan.
