Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 cupBoiled corn Kernels
  2. 1smallonion (chopped)
  3. 1small tomato (chopped)
  4. 1-2green chilli
  5. 1/4 cupcoriander leaves
  6. 1/4 tbspBlack pepper powder
  7. as per tasteChaat masala
  8. as per tasteSalt
  9. 1/2 tbsplemon juice (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the corn Kernels or corn cobs in pressure cooker for 2-3 vessel.

    If using corn cobs then remove the kernels after boiling. Now take corn Kernels in a bowl.

    Now add all the ingredients and mix well and serve corn chaat.

  4. 4

    You can also tawa fry the onion and tomato in just 1 tbsp ghee for only 2 minutes before mixing. (totally optional).
