Steps

Heat milk in a pan.Keep aside.

Take out 1tbsp warm milk and soak saffron strands.

Heat ghee in a pan,fry cashewnuts and raisins.Take out.Keep aside.

Add rawa in remaining ghee and roast for 8-10 minutes on low flame.

Add warm milk and sugar,mix well.Cook till ghee separates.

Add saffron milk,cardemom powder,cashew and raisins.Mix well.

Take out in a serving dish and serve.
