First take a pan add water in a pan or wok.

Add rasam powder and tamarind water.

When come a boil slow the flame and cover it cook 10 min on slow flame or cook perfect consistency.

Then take a pan heat oil add curry leaves, mustard seeds, dry red chilli spluter it and pour it

Your Karnataka style Rasam is ready to serve...Garnish with coriander leaves.
