Today I am sharing the recipe of healthy and tasty mint paratha. We are using mint leaves for making chutney, mint soda or samosa stuffing. Fresh mint has a good source of Vitamin A and it's good for skin and hairs. It is also helpful for digestive system. So let's start the recipe.
Steps
- 1
To make mint paratha, combine all the ingredients in a bowl, add 1 tsp of ghee and knead it into a semi-soft dough using enough water. Divide the dough into 4 equal potions.
- 2
Roll out each portion into a 100 mm diameter thick circle using a little bit dry wheat flour for rolling. Spread a little amount of ghee on the paratha and fold it into half. Again spread little ghee and fold it in triangular shape. Again roll it.
- 3
Heat a nonstick tava (griddle) and cook it using 1/2 teaspoon of ghee, till brown spots appear on both sides. Now Paratha is ready to serve.
- 4
Serve hot with Pickle or Curd.
