Ingredients

12-16 slices
  1. 2 cupsoat flour
  2. 1 tspbaking soda
  3. 3/4 tspbaking powder
  4. 3/4 tspsalt
  5. 1/2 tspcinnamon
  6. 1/3 cupchocolate chips
  7. 1 1/2 cupmashed overripe bananas (3-4)
  8. 1/2 cupyogurt
  9. 1/4 cuphoney
  10. 2 tbsperythritol
  11. 1/4 cupoil (or milk)
  12. 2 tspvanilla extract

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 350F. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan.

    Combine dry ingredients in bowl.

  3. 3

    Whisk liquid ingredients in separate bowl. Pour into dry.

  4. 4

    Smooth batter into pan.

  5. 5

    Bake on center for 40 minutes, turn off heat and let sit in closed oven for 10 minutes.

    Enjoy!
