  • 1/3 cupmilk
  • Tablespoonghee
  • to tasteSalt
  • Teaspoonbaking soda

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the vegetables and cut

  2. 2

    Put a little water in the sufuria n add the baking soda. Add the veggies n stir.

  3. 3

    Add the spring onions,salt and ghee and stir. Add the milk and let it cook

  4. 4

    Serve with ugali
